Terri started the company as an independent agent exclusively working with Peppermint Records artists and focusing on bookings on college and university campuses. As a social worker-turned-booking agent, Terri brings a unique perspective to her work with clients and she is a regular workshop instructor at music conferences such as the Folk Alliance and the National Association of Campus Activities, and also at the Rocky Mountain Song School. As a NACA member from 2000 through 2007, Peppermint succeeded in receiving showcases for artists in five NACA regions and in 2005 Terri Mazurek was honored as "NACA Associate Member of the Year" in her home region.  Ellis performed at the 13th annual NERFA conference as one of 14 formal showcase artists. She blew the crowd away with her powerful lyrics, charismatic stage presence, and contageous laughter.

Starting in June 2007, Peppermint Booking is taking a year off from attending NACA conferences. We've connected with the wonderful folks at The College Agency and they will be taking on a few of our acts for the 2007-08 school year, including Edie Carey, Justin Roth, and Ellis. We are sure that NACA members will enjoy working with the College Agency staff - they are a joy to work with!
